Application
Use a grinder to cut a thin chase in the mortar join.
Seal top of trim with wall mastic.
Installation Tip
To bend around corners, cut the 30mm return with snips or hacksaw and bend by hand.
For large existing chases, apply a bead of sealant to the back of the trim and repoint with traditional mortar.
