9" FormFlash 1-15m
Description
9" Form Flash consists of a 9" uncured Form Flash factory laminated to Quick Seam Tape. The strip is designed to flash inside and outside corners, pipes, penetrations (such as inlet/outlet pipes) and other applications.
Application
Use Quick Prime Plus and a Quick Scrubber or Quick Scrubber Plus pad and handle to clean and prime mating surfaces.
When cloudy conditions below 60 degrees F occur, use heat guns (without ignition sources) to heat Quick Seam Form Flash. This will ensure good formability of the Quick Seam Form Flash to the primed substrate.
On sunny days less than 70 degrees F lay out Quick Seam Form Flash (prior to application) with flashing side up to allow Quick Seam Form Flash to warm to ensure good formability
On sunny days greater than 70 degrees F, lay out Quick Seam Form Flash (prior to application) with release paper up to prevent Quick Seam Form Flash from gaining too much heat and ensure food formability.
